Veronica Attlee is the current Operating Broker and Owner of Attlee Realty in McKinney, Texas.
Veronica’s involvement in the real estate business began 28 years ago in Durban, South Africa, where she obtained her License and was actively involved in real estate.
After deciding to move and set up home permanently in Dallas, Texas, Veronica immigrated to the USA in 1994. She wasted no time in enrolling for courses necessary for her to obtain her Texas Real Estate License. Since, she has sold many properties in the state of Texas, both in the residential sector and the commercial sector. Through the years of experience, she has developed a wealth of knowledge that enable her to confidently address the needs of buyers and sellers alike.
Veronica’s enthusiasm and hearty nature have ensured good relations with all clients, sales associates, title company staff, lawyers, bankers, and fellow brokers. Furthermore, she has developed acquaintance with many experts in various fields, whose services are vital to close out real estate deals, and she is willing to offer assistance in choosing these.
Melissa Croll is the Production Lead and licensed REALTOR® at Attlee Realty.
Melissa’s success in real estate is a culmination of growing up in the DFW area & a strong desire to help individuals and families find their ‘Home Sweet Home’ or commercial deal.
Her innovative marketing methods give her an edge representing sellers in this complex market. She grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas and then moved to Denton where she studied Journalism and Political Science at the University of North Texas. After school, she moved to Uptown, & her love for the city brought her into real estate. Melissa prides herself on listening to her clients and putting their needs first. With her vast knowledge of the area, she can also serve as a tour guide along the way. She specializes in McKinney, Frisco, Prosper, Allen, Uptown-Dallas, Highland Park, Preston Hollow, Downtown, Lakewood, Grand Prairie, & Arlington but works all DFW. Melissa is also experienced in commercial real estate with a niche in car wash sales and apartment locating.
Dianna serves as the Transaction Manager for Attlee Realty.
She provides ongoing support to the sales team by tracking and monitoring transactions, ensuring deadlines are met, and deals are closed successfully.
Dianna earned a Bachelor of Business from Texas State University in 2007, and her Real Estate Sales License in 2013.
She enjoys staying fit, exploring Dallas, and spending time with her many pets.
Mason is currently the Digital Marketing Specialist for Attlee Realty where his responsibilities include development, integration, and implementation of all digital and marketing projects.
He has a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry, real estate industry, and the growing targeted social media marketing field. Passionate and skilled in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Business Planning and Development, and marketing, he has had the privilege of running his own digital marketing company as well as serving as the digital project manager with RE/MAX and public relations companies.
Mason studied Aerospace Engineering at Saint Louis University and attended University of Miami in the years leading up to the incorporation of his company. He is ambitious and loves to continue developing his skills.
Rachel currently serves as the Research Analyst for Attlee Realty.
Rachel is a new addition to the Attlee group, contributing over 12 years worth of experience in the land industry. From expertise in title opinions and land/mineral ownerships to maps and site analysis, she has a true passion for all forms of land research. Joining the industry of commercial real estate was a long aspiring goal of hers and soon after joining Attlee, she hit the ground running and is hungry for real estate experience.
Yvette is part of the sales team at Attlee Realty.
She is originally from Lubbock, TX and attended Texas Tech University. She quickly found her way to Dallas and began working in staffing and beverage distribution sales and marketing. Gaining 10 years of professional sales experience, leadership positions, and sales contests, she decided to take a hiatus to raise her children.
Her sales career took another path in 2020 as the pandemic took a major toll on the beverage industry. Yvette received her real estate license, began a new career, and has not looked back.
Yvette is tenacious, hardworking, and loves spending time with her friends and family. Her Texas roots run deep. Go Cowboys!
Barbara founded and remains as the CEO of Barbara’s Haven LLC, a company that provides a community to house, feed, and clothe veterans and the elderly. Barbara’s Haven LLC currently houses 36 veterans and works with Wellbridge Haven, a nonprofit organization that bridges the gap between nursing home affordability and community rates to help loved ones seeking assisted living.
Barbara is a graduate of Northwood University, in Cedar Hill where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in business management and author of “Your Guide to Purchasing a Home.”
While Barbara has always had a passion for veterans and the elderly, she would like one day to have the opportunity to have them all under one roof. Her passion and dream have led her to enter commercial real estate with a focus on the booming car wash industry where she feels blessed to have joined an awesome team at Attlee Realty.
